Group data visualisation project informing the public of the chosen social issue, antibiotic resistance. Poster and animation created highlighting the causes, effects and consequences of unnecessary antibiotic consumption.
This project was interesting as it served as an introduction to more detailed information design, and as a team, we worked hard to come up with creative solutions of representing the data. Using Adobe After Effects to create the animation was fun, although challenging at times, due to difficulty in matching the timings of the movements and speech. As a group, we were each able to bring different strengths to the project. Personally I was responsible for researching, copy writing, editing and the typography used in the animation, whilst also contributing to concept development and overall style.
