Designing for commercial markets, this project involved creating the brand identity, sales booklet and pitch document for a new, shared ownership housing development in East London, the "Merchant Quarter". Aimed at young professionals, the design had to be sophisticated, engaging and informative whilst also selling the property. ​​​​​​​
